Can guests check in online?
Yes. You send a link, and guests confirm their details and sign on their phone. Their ID and card photos are encrypted and deleted 7 days after check-out.
Can I see who still has to pay?
Yes. The Today screen shows unpaid bookings, and NURISTAY sends payment reminders with your invoice and bank details by itself.
How much does NURISTAY cost?
Plans start from $99 a month + GST and go by number of rooms: Starter (1–10 rooms), Growth (11–20 rooms), Professional (21–30 rooms), Enterprise (31+ rooms – Custom pricing). Every feature is included; the Office Add-on (payroll, IRD filing and more) is extra. Your first month is free.
Do I need to install anything?
No. NURISTAY runs in the web browser on any computer, tablet or phone with internet. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. We set it up for you.
Does it work with Booking.com and Expedia?
Yes. Forward the booking emails from Booking.com, Expedia and SiteMinder, and NURISTAY makes the booking within minutes – changes and cancellations too.
